Oyster Cove
Set in the vibrant heart of downtown Petaluma, this unique and underutilized property is strategically located within steps of Petaluma’s Historic Commercial District, Theater District, the Sonoma Marin Rapid Transit (“SMART”) Petaluma Downtown Station, and immediately adjacent to the Steamer Landing Park. The site boasts over 2,000 linear feet of prime waterfront on both the Petaluma River and the McNear Channel with beautiful views of both the river and the iconic Sonoma hills that surround Petaluma.
Radium

East Garrison Town Center

The Roseland Village Neighborhood Center is a public/private partnership between MidPen Housing Development Corporation, UrbanMix Development, and the Sonoma County Community Development Commission. The project aligns with community-led efforts to strengthen Roseland’s economic resiliency, expand housing choice, and improve community health of Roseland
W. Midway
West Midway is designed as a mixed, use mixed income neighborhood, oriented around easy access to pedestrian styled streets, public transit (two nearby Ferry terminals with direct access to San Francisco) recreation and commercial amenities. Located on the former Alameda, CA Naval Base, it will feature a myriad of green paseos, parks, and 10,000+sq ft of commercial space.

The Presidio of San Francisco is a unique national park located in the City of San Francisco. The partners at UMD led planning, analysis and execution for the restoration and rehabilitation of many of the Presidio's historic buildings.
Hamilton Cottages
Hamilton Cottages is a new senior focused “pocket-neighborhood” in the established community of Hamilton on the former Hamilton Air Base in Novato, CA. Homes are clustered around a central garden, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and community room for events.

Hamilton Army Airfield
The Hamilton Army Airfield is a former military base and current 414-acre planned mixed-use community in Novato, CA. The partners at UMD led the effort to maximize revenue potential from City-owned properties on the former Base via public-private partnerships to restore numerous historic buildings with the goal of continually improving the Hamilton neighborhood.
